​最近在都會區流行小坪數的住宅，雖然交通方便而且地段機能很好，但是在居住的實際坪效上非常侷限，怎麼把室內空間做良好的規劃跟設計，是提升居住品質的重中之重，空間中的動線、活動區域、功能、收納規劃、休息空間跟居住體感的細節注重，讓精緻的居家空間充滿舒適與溫暖，讓屋主能夠兼顧生活與便利。

 

In this compact downtown residence, we're embracing the challenge of enhancing functionality. Our goal is to create an efficient layout that makes daily living easier. By cleverly integrating storage solutions into the ceiling and incorporating thoughtful design elements, we aim foster a sense of openness and warmth, transforming this home into a cozy retreat amid the bustling city.
